How long does the battery last?

The AIRSEEKERS TRON Series covers up to 0.3 acres per charge under typical conditions. For larger lawns it automatically returns to the dock, recharges, and continues where it left off. A swappable battery option also means you can keep a spare ready and skip the wait entirely.

Is the app required or optional?

Required. The app is how you configure the AIRSEEKERS TRON, set working zones, manage its schedule, and draw no-go areas around anything you want left untouched.

Can it be controlled through a mobile app?

Yes. The AIRSEEKERS app gives you full remote control from your phone as well as the ability to manage up to 80 separate work zones, customize cutting height and mowing patterns for each one, set schedules, monitor mowing progress in real time, and receive alerts remotely.

Does it work well in areas with many obstacles?

Yes. The AIRSEEKERS TRON Series uses AI-based obstacle detection with up to 300 degree camera coverage to identify and navigate around garden furniture, hoses, toys, raised planters, and small animals. Customers with cluttered or irregularly shaped yards consistently report smooth operation after initial zone setup.
*The AIRSEEKERS TRON SE uses AI-based obstacle detection with 140 degree camera coverage.

Does it come with a boundary wire?

No, installation is wire free. After the initial zone creation via remote control through the app, the AIRSEEKERS TRON Series uses AI Vision to detect and learn its own boundaries. Therefore there are no wires to bury, no digging needed, and no permanent perimeter to commit to. It is one of the biggest practical advantages over older robotic mowers.

Can it handle steep slopes and uneven terrain?

Yes. The AIRSEEKERS TRON Series handles slopes up to 65% (33°) , which covers the vast majority of residential lawns. The four large wheels maintain grip and traction on uneven or loose surfaces, and with dynamic height adjustments, it keeps the cut consistent as terrain changes.

How does the robot avoid obstacles? Can it avoid small animals?

The AIRSEEKERS TRON Series is equipped with AI-based obstacle detection sensors that recognize and navigate around both fixed objects and moving ones, including small animals. 

Why won't the robot return to the charging station?

This usually comes down to one of three causes:

• The robot has drifted outside its working zone. Manually reposition it inside the boundary and let it navigate from there.

• The RTK signal is weak due to distance or obstructions like fences or dense hedging. Move the robot to a more open area and check signal strength in the app.

• The return path is physically blocked. Check for fallen branches, tools, or anything that has appeared on the route since your last session.

What should I do if the device won't start?

Work through this checklist before contacting support:

• Is the battery charged and properly seated?

• Is the power switch in the ON position?

• Are there any error messages or warning lights showing?

• Is the blade disc jammed or obstructed?

• Are the safety sensors clean and unobstructed?

If everything checks out and it still won't start, try a full device reset. If the problem persists, contact AIRSEEKERS after-sales support with a description of what you have already tried.

How do I pair the device?

• Power on the AIRSEEKERS TRON, enable Bluetooth and connect your phone to Wi-Fi.

• Open the AIRSEEKERS app and scan the QR code on the device.

• For first-time pairing, also scan the RTK QR code.

• A blue flashing light during pairing is normal. A confirmation sound and stable lighting means you are connected.

How do I install the device?

Read the safety manual first, then follow these steps:

• Place the charging station on a flat, open surface with at least a 2x2 meter obstacle-free area in front. Avoid areas prone to flooding or heavy foot traffic.

• Install the RTK base station in an open area with clear sky visibility. It can share a power source with the charging station or be set up independently.

• After connecting power, place your AIRSEEKERS TRON model in the charging station. Flowing green lights front and rear mean it is charging. Solid green means fully charged.

Can this mower really handle 65% slopes?

Yes. The rear-wheel drive traction system is specifically designed for this, and it holds traction even on uneven or loose ground. The omni-directional front wheels also let it pivot and maneuver on slopes without leaving skid marks.

How does FlowCut Technology work?

FlowCut is the AIRSEEKERS TRON's proprietary cutting and mulching system. It works in three stages: first, precision airflow lifts wet or flattened grass upright before the blades reach it, ensuring a clean and even cut regardless of conditions. Then dual-layer blades paired with a high-velocity fan generate a cyclonic airflow that holds clippings in the deck and shreds them into micro-fine particles. Finally, those nutrient-rich particles are spread evenly back into the soil, naturally fertilizing the lawn from the roots up with every mowing session. The result over time is thicker, healthier grass without any additional fertilizer input.
