AIRSEEKERS provides warranty coverage for original products (hereinafter referred to as the “Product(s)”) purchased from officially authorized retailers and not intended for resale. The following sets forth the terms and conditions of AIRSEEKERS’ Limited Warranty Service.

Please read these terms carefully and make sure to register your Product to enjoy the full warranty benefits.

By using an AIRSEEKERS Product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with this policy. In the event of any conflict arising from translation, the English version shall prevail.

II. Warranty Service

AIRSEEKERS Warranty Service covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

You may apply for Warranty Service if the following conditions are met:

  1. The Product has been used and maintained normally within the specified warranty period, and the defect is caused by a defect in materials or workmanship rather than by human factors.

  2. The Product has not been disassembled, modified, or fitted with additional components without authorization, and the failure is not caused by human factors.

  3. A valid proof of purchase or supporting document can be provided.

III. Non-Warranty Service

If an AIRSEEKERS authorized dealer determines that the Product is an official and genuine original Product, but the defect or damage does not meet the conditions for AIRSEEKERS Warranty Service, or the Product is outside the warranty period, the authorized dealer will provide paid repair services for the defective Product.

Services not covered by this warranty may incur additional charges for inspection, replacement parts, labor, transportation, and other related costs.

The following circumstances are not covered by free Product Warranty Service:

  2. Other AIRSEEKERS-branded hardware and software products that are not robotic lawn mowers.

  3. Products that have been modified without authorization.

  4. Parts subject to natural wear and tear during normal use (such as blades, fan blades, blade discs, bumpers, and ground stakes), as well as tool accessories.

  5. Product failures or damage caused by failure to install, use, or operate the Product in accordance with the user manual.

  6. Product performance degradation, failure, or damage caused by failure to perform routine maintenance and cleaning in accordance with official maintenance requirements.

  7. Product damage caused by the use of third-party components, improper accessories, or parts not intended for the designed purpose.

  8. Damage caused by personal reasons or accidents, including but not limited to impact from foreign objects, drops, or other accidents.

  9. Product damage caused by improper use of water, such as water ingress resulting from washing with a high-pressure washer or immersing the Product in water.

  10. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and breakage.

  11. Product damage caused by uncontrollable events such as fire, flood, lightning strikes, or traffic accidents.

  12. Defects caused by normal wear or aging.

  13. Product damage caused by improper use or storage of the battery pack, charger, or charging station.

  14. Product labels or serial numbers that have been removed or altered.

  15. Failure to send the relevant item(s) within 7 days after contacting AIRSEEKERS and confirming the Warranty Service.

  16. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase or supporting documents, or forgery or alteration of such documents.

IV. Warranty Period

Most major components of AIRSEEKERS Products are covered by a 36-month warranty from the date you receive the Product.

The warranty period for certain components may vary. Please refer to the Product Warranty Scope and Period below for details.

Note: The SIM card includes approximately 2 months of data and is valid for 12 months from the date the data service is activated. The service will automatically stop once the included data has been used up.

If the SIM card still has remaining data but can no longer be used, the card may have expired. In such cases, if you still need to use the SIM card service, we recommend recharging the SIM card.

Such restricted countries and regions include, but are not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region, Sudan, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine (including the Donetsk and Luhansk regions).
